Frank Obringer was appointed president of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage in Dallas/Fort Worth in March 2014. In this role, he oversees the company's 15 office locations and more than 700 independent sales associates. With a focus on expanding the use of technology, he is leveraging Coldwell Banker’s® global connections to increase the brand’s presence across the region.Obringer, who has more than 20 years of real estate experience, most recently served as managing broker of the award-winning East Manatee office in Bradenton, Florida, which achieved tremendous success through some of the most challenging years in real estate history. A passionate user of new technology, he also led a group of tech-savvy agents who used Web-based technology and online marketing to attract and close more business. Obringer has a strong background in new development sales management, and led multiple sales initiatives near his native Pittsburgh with both Coldwell Banker and other brokerages. He has worked with builders, managed onsite sales centers and led agents to high sales production. He is a graduate of the Dale Carnegie Institute, and is married with five children.
