Kevin Greene was appointed senior vice president and chief financial officer for NRT in April 2002. He is responsible for the financial reporting, planning and analysis, and information technology operations for NRT. He is also President of The Realogy Foundation, a 501 (c)(3) public charity established to facilitate the community service activities of NRT's local operating companies across the nation. Greene has been a member of the Cendant family since 1995.
In 2001 and 2002, Greene served as senior vice president and controller for Fairfield Resorts, a leading timeshare resort developer and marketer acquired by Cendant in 2001. Greene managed the integration of Fairfield Resort's national operations in Little Rock, Ark., and Orlando, Fla., into the Cendant Hospitality Division.
Greene served as vice president and controller for the Cendant Real Estate Franchise Group from 1997 to 2001. The Franchise Group is comprised of Coldwell Banker, Coldwell Banker Commercial, ERA and Century 21. Greene first joined Coldwell Banker in 1995 as a director of franchise sales administration. Prior to joining Coldwell Banker and Cendant, Greene held increasingly responsible management positions at several securities brokerage firms.
Greene received his bachelor's degree from the University of Texas and earned his MBA from Southern Methodist University. He lives with his family in northern New Jersey.
